According to the Companies Ordinance, every company incorporated in Hong Kong will need to have their accounts audited. A copy of the audited accounts is required at the Annual General Meeting and a copy submitted to the Inland Revenue Department together with the tax return. Auditors will fully comply with the set of codes, standards and conducts as laid down by Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In review process, we will also report to you on the company's accounting system and internal control systems if any defects which come to light and we will make recommendations to improve it accordingly.

根據公司條例，每間註冊的有限公司必須編制賬目及依法披露某項資料。香港稅局亦需要有限公司呈交已審核的賬目，連同報稅表格交回。審核工作必須要由註冊的執業會計師進行。核數師會對公司賬目及記錄進行查察，然後作出報告，說明該賬目是否真實與公平地反映公司財政狀況及按照公司條例及有關其他法案編制。核數師會完全遵從香港會計師公會訂下之守則及標準進行他（她）的工作。在進行審核過程中，我們亦會向貴公司報告會計系統及內部控制系統的一些漏弊，並會提出建議去改善公司的控制。
